At the center of Hiiro is a 5.56-carat natural ruby from Mogok, Myanmar, set in white gold between two trillion-cut diamonds.
The ruby measures approximately 10.00 × 9.05 × 7.15 mm and is fashioned in a brilliant cut / step cut. Its color is described as red, with no indications of heating.
The stone is accompanied by a report from Gübelin Gem Lab, report no. 24082041, identifying its origin as Burma (Myanmar). Additional documentation includes certification from AGGL Gemological Laboratory Myanmar and a vintage Japanese gem report from Central Gem Laboratory, Ueno.
